Spam call. Claim to be from Microsoft. Trying to convince you that your computer is full of viruses and trojans and is ready to crash. My computer, at the time was new, not out of the box for more than two days. They wanted over $300 to fix it and for maintenance service on it for a year. Full of ****. Just trying to take advantage of people not computer savvy. Bunch of crooks. Don't let them scam you.
