These people are SCAMMERS! They are collecting credit card numbers and personal information to commit credit card fraud! The FCC and CRTC can not catch them, because they are smart scammers. They are initiating the outbound Robo calls to your phone numbers from some other number and s****ing these call to you with their real Dial Inward Direct (DID) numbers (numbers located in the US and Ca***a) 989-623-6505. If you stay on the line or press the live agent number option, your call is forwarded to their DID number. If you don't answer the call, it appears they called you from their DID number (but that is not possible, these type of lines CAN ONLY RECEIVE IN-COMING CALLS). Why are they doing this? They can claim the calls are being s****ed (NOT BY THEM ) and They CAN NOT GET CAUGHT THIS WAY...no evidence they are making outbound calls from their lines, but we all know they are, just not from their DID numbers. In fact, you are being s****ed (by them intentionally), they are s****ing the outbound call to you. They want you to SEE, CALL BACK or REPORT THE NUMBER YOU SEE ON YOUR CALLER ID 989-623-6505. When it is investigated, it appears you called them (if the call is even logged as an incoming call), when in fact you did not...smart! Want them to stop calling you, press the option to speak with a live agent and ask to speak to "Morris *****."

THIEVES! Currently claiming they are "Card Service." Richard (the manager) is a real winner...his arrogance, disrespectful at***ude and uncalled for use of profanity on the phone would have resulted in his termination at any other company. This is why I doubt these calls are coming from a valid company. I asked for the company's name, address and another contact number...Richard refused to provide it. I told Richard that my number was on the NDCL and that his company had already violated the act by calling me. I once a***n asked Richard for the company's name, a valid address and another contact number. Richard said he was not a telemarketer and the act did not apply to him. I told him ok, if his company was a real company, then why is it impossible to get a valid name, address and another phone number so I could Google it or research them *******hem over to the DA office). This is when he got very ****** and then ***g up on me. I'm 100% positive these people are thieves in business to steal your credit card information and then charge your cards up to their ****mum limits....PROTECT YOURSELF!

Jill answered claiming to be with "Card Services" THERE IS NO VAILD COMPANY CALLED "Card Services, Credit Card Service, Card Member Services." I just gave her a bunch of false information and she finally ***g up on me...I hope this flags my number, but I doubt it...I'm sure I'll get another last chance call...IF ONLY that were true 10 calls ago! Save yourself from the repeated calls and block the number...scammers fishing for credit card information and confirming your name and phone number.

"Sara from Card Services....lower my credit card interest rates" VM. I called them back, but got "voice message box is full" recording. I wished I had read the report on the number before making the call. I'm sure I get MANY more calls now.
