Calls every few hours and never has a human being on the line when I answer. Uses a rotating last four digits each time. When called back the number "Can not be completed as dialed." is the result. Appears to be a credit card scam attempt of some sort.

Caller is a scammer. Pretending to sell health insurance; immediately tried to get my Social Security Number, birth date, place of birth, etc.
