I guess I used ther wrong date as it was today. 26th Jan 2012 that I got the call. about 3pm in the af**** came up on my called ID as Willimington DE with the #. I general pick up, wait till they say so****ing, which isn't often and then it disconnects but this time I was silent and the recording s****ed, a female identified as Alice. I know a lot of credit card co's originate out of DE and I think Chase is one of them. At least this time, the option to press "one" to get a live person worked.
