The called my Google Voice number (which is not public), and it forwarded to my cell phone. The pre-recorded message was partially completed before I picked up the phone, but I got the phone number at the end. They wanted me to call back 844-723-1426 to lower my interest rates to 1.5% ... what a scam. I did not call back, but instead filed a complaint with the FCC. :-)

I have filed complaint after complaint with the DNC registry. Tried to with the FTC and they told me I had to do it through the DNC registry!!! WHAT THE***** ARE THESE DNC LISTS FOR ANYWAY???? Calls over and over, when I called the number back it says I have reached a telemarketing service and if I want my number to be removed from their list to enter my 10 digit phone number after the beep......there is never a beep and the message repeats a***n and then the call is disconnected.
