This scammer calls from this number posing as Sheriff Nick ***ter in Salem Oregon with the Marion County Sheriff's office. He is African American and the real Nick ***ter is Caucasian. He reads off case numbers and says that you didn't show up for a Grand jury and are being held in contempt and have been fined $4000. Its a scam DO NOT send them any money. My lawyer and law enforcement friends said the Sheriff would NEVER call. And contempt of court is not that big of a fine.
