When I called, they said that they are WCA's Subscriber Services and that it is a special offer for subscribers only. I called from my work phone so it told me I couldnt get full details because they didnt recognize the number as a subscriber. I would have to call from the number that I am subscribed with and that is in their system. You can also remove your number from the database by pressing #1.
