Trying to verify my SSN and name because they said I tried to open an account with my SSN ending in ——. Wanted to transfer me to fraud protection I told them I had ID protection through my old government job. Asked me to hold while they transferred me and I hung up. They have tried calling back and also called my husbands number and called him by my first name instead of his name.
