They called me and asked if I was interested in selling my timeshare property and renting the two weeks I have not yet used. They told me that they would pay me $890 for each of the two weeks that they would rent for me right now. Also, that they would buy my time share for $19,850. Then when I said that I was interested they told me that I had to pay an up front fee of $1,000 to show my sincere intent to complete the transaction. Then they would send me the contract in over night mail and I would have seven days to review it and decide if I wanted to complete the sale or not. Either way, the $1,780 from the renting of the two weeks would be mine even if I did not sell. It all sounds great, but I told him that I do not just send money to someone on a business deal over a phone call. He got rude when I asked him to send me the information to review. He even told me that he was just in my state about 30 minutes from where I live a few days earlier. His name was George Leonard and he left me a call back number of: 800-300-0180, Ext. 229 to contact him when I was ready to commit to his offer.

I got the same phone--actually several repeat calls from the same company--Vacation Property Resellers. the first caller was George Leonard, who said he owned the company of 200 employees, and he had more money than he could spend, and that is why he was offering such a good deal to sell my timeshare. He became very loud, abusive and crude, when i questioned the need for the $867 processing fee. Finally said he would not waste any more of his time with me and I could take the condo and "Stick it". About two hours later I received a call from ***d Morgan, who wanted to sell my timeshare. I said after my conversation with George Leonard, I was not interested. He apologized, said George had been "reprehended" for his remarks (how do you "reprehend" the owner of the company) and he would do the deal for $500 and was my credit card number. I ended the call.

It was a place that claimed that they can rent or sell my timeshare. I was interested in what they had to say. I asked the man I was speaking with to send me some information about the company. He said that in order to do so, he would need a credit card payment up front of either $300 or $800 (if you were leasing or selling), them they would send their info and I would have seven days to cancel the service. I told him that it was a shame that they worked that way because I was very interested. I told him that I needed to see their info BEFORE so I could make a decision. He got hostile with me and was tryint to pressure me into making a payment. When I interjected and told him I was uncomfortable, he ***g up the phone on me!!!! That just proved to me that the company is a scam.

Was also interested in listing my timeshare with this company. But they insisted on $1,200.00 up front with promises of selling my timeshare week for $2,200.00 or sell timeshare for $28,000. I can go to resort myself and buy a timeshare for $18,000. Also, there is a ton of listings on the internet for rentals in the area for around $800.00 a week. When I asked for references, Christina refused. Then told me "have fun with your timeshare, you are going to die with it", and ***g up.....don't use them, they are a rip off.
