This woman said she was the owner of the ride errvice provided by NY ins.(!UHC)She should not be in the service industry she complained the pick up time was too early and wanted to change it then chastised me for not answering my phone. And cancelled my ride to the hospital scheduled a month in advance with less than 24 hrs notice on a Sunday when no one is available. Incredibly rude.
