Received a call from this number 7:54PM. Caller was foreign asking to speak to me, then requesting verification of the last four digits of my social security number. When I asked who he was and why he wanted to know, he babbled some financial company that I could not understand. He then wanted to confirm my address at which point I told him I would not continue talking to him and ***g up.
