received a call from this number where the guy claimed to be an IRS agent. He threatened me with police involvement and deportation because I was being investigated for fraud. I did not verify any info with him and ***g up. I contacted the police and reported the incident. I also called the IRS directly to verify the alleged charges. The IRS does not threaten anyone, nor will they contact you via phone initially, you will have a mountain of paperwork on their letterhead regarding any action/investigation they are performing involving you before they will call you. and when they do call you it will not be from a cellular phone like this idiot did to me.

5/15 I received the same threat. Said I would be arrested in 30 minutes with a 22 day stay in jail. I called the IRS and confirmed that this is a scam. I have followed procedures to report the scam. The scam division of the IRS was confident that it won't take long to shut this down so others are not annoyed by these children.
