The Telephone Number is a LEGITIMATE Toll-Free Customer Service # for Customers who already have (or recently) obtained a Legacy VISA card. (Negative Comments were posted 6 Years ago.) It is a common business practice for LEGITIMATE Companies to obtain abandoned former 800 Numbers, once the numbers become available. (and the Spammers and Crooks are forced out of business! )

Whether or not this was Merrill, I hesitate to answer. How do I know? There are so many scammers out there, that one has to question the use of one's cell phone.
