Left a Vm about collection efforts beginning. Mandatory to transfer my account into the new repayment assistance plan, also known as WRAP If my account is not transferred, my bank account will be frozen, tax returns forfeited and wages garnished. To hear how to transfer I was to press 7, but I did not answer. Big fraud. I don't owe anyone so not falling for it and reporting it
