It's not RBC. It's an external company that claims to be calling on behalf of RBC. Someone from RBC told me that RBC does not outsource so if anyone calls saying that they are calling from another company on behalf of RBC, it's a lie.

I just filed a complaint with the CRTC for them calling my house 3 to 6 times DAILY and 2-3 times on Sat/Sun's despite asking them to remove my number from their calling list (that's when it's not a dead air call like they usually are). I have also been on the do not call list since its inception, so their contact barrage of calls to my house coupled with these other things prompted me to take action and file a complaint with the CRTC. We filed a complaint for EACH CALL FOR EACH DAY FOR THE PAST SEVEN DAYS. That means that I alone have lodged 3 complaints between Mon-Fri PLUS 2 complaints for each Sa****ay and Sunday, for a total NINETEEN complaints lodged by me for the period between Jan 17th to Jan 22nd. I HOPE THEY ARE HEAVILY FINED FOR EACH. Please, I urge all of you who are on the DNC list to do the same!

...Considering they are calling on behalf of RBC INSURANCE, as opposed to RBC FINANCIAL, call them and ask if they know who VoxData is.

Another annoying tellamarketing call. To remove simply first of all be polite. Second call 426-224-8482. Be Polite. Ask for the number they called you on to be remove without volinteering a reason. Be polite. (Helen answers all calls [eight monthes working their now]). Problem solved. Myself, sometimes I feel like using a long barage of four letter words but all that does is get the persons anger up and you don't know who or what they may pass your number on to (women are the worst for geting revenge). If all of us who don't like these calls use this simple ****od and waste the callers time. with out a return on their time they will soon be out of business. and that is what we are really after.

Vox data calling on behalf of RBC. **** guy was chewing gum. i asked him to spit it out if he wanted to talk to me. hard enough trying to understand him through his accent. everyone in the house is trained to not answer questions from telemarketers as we are on a "do not call list". so any calls are scams from the unscrupulous!Spoke to RBC Complaints Dept. Mellisa states that VOX data does do calling on behalf of RBC. However, if "you are on a do not call list then you should not be getting calls." Mellisa was helpful and would place my number on the do not call list at RBC.

Guy calls, gets my ma****e, then asks for my wife as if someone has actually answered the phone... Then he s****s talking to the idiots around him, not realizing that he's still connected...Freaked me out at first, until I realized the guy is a *****.RBC should get on this one way or another. My wife is an RBC customer. If they have ANYTHING to do with this ******** we're clearing out our accounts. This type of **** is unacceptable!

This number called my mobile phone 4 times in less than an hour. It would call back when I rejected the call because I was working. How rude can they get out there. If it is the ROYAL BANK, then I wonder.... HOW MUCH DO THEY REALLY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS. Like every other business, banks can be replaced by another more concerned about banking than annoying the clients using the service.

I used to work there, they dont follow ontario guide lines for privacy and or regulations for out sourcing calls to maintain sales, they only care about making money, then under pay staff and over work them.
