Sounds criminal. Called October 9, 2024, stating it was a "recorded line." Claimed they were Leaf Filters Gutter protection. Was an American-sounding woman but previously received calls implying they do work outside of USA. Received over 30 calls from differnet numbers I try and block. It sounds like fraud, attempt to record voices of persons who are property owners for later manipulation to commit crimes impersonating owner--there is no basis for recording an unsolicited number. I believe this because the real Leaf Filter number is not being utilized and they will not stop calling. They manage to outwit my phone blocking system each time. This number called and threatened to have me "investigated". For what, I'm not sure. He was calling threatening my sister on a voice mail and she didn't even know what it was about.
