Thank you. I am so tired of not being able to answer my phone beacuse I dont want to talk to a capital one representative. Im not sure what part of "I have paid you as much as I can" they dont get. Every month I make a payment and have not used my card for any new purchases in the past year, but I get calls from them at least twice a day, I am a student (doing studnet tea****g 7-4 Mon.-Fri. as well as two online cl*****) and a single mom so I cant work right now. When I do answer and explain all this and even make an offer to pay more than I can actually afford, like $50, they say "well ma'am we understand, but if you pay at least $200 will credit you account an extra $35 and you will be current." If I just told them I can barely s****e together the $50 where the heck do they think Im going to get the $200?!? They are bullies and I hate having to screen my calls!!!Sorry I just went off there. I rewcieved a call from an indian accented male,telling me that my husband owed money to their company for a loan (mind you he didnt take out a loan) they asked for credit/bank info....etc. When I got aggravated with the situation they began to tell me my husband would lose his paychecks because they would garnish his wages,etc. They then began to say crude hings into the phone. These are random people trying to steal your iden***y.

Telling me I received money from Cash Advanced - they had all my information and social security number - I have no recollection of ever dealing with cash advance or taking out a loan with them - the gentleman I talked to have a very strong foreign accent and his name was Neil Johnson - threating to sue me if I don't pay back this loan.

Capital One is obnoxious. I have two credit cards with them, which I religiously make payments on each month. There is absolutely no reason for them to be contacting me 3 times per day for the past 2 months. It's always "Linda"; an automated voice that has absolutely nothing important to tell me. Our card with them is in pristine condition so they have no reason to harrass it. If they want to c****e the terms of my card, WRITE ME!!
