Received a call from 757-990-8904 claiming to be 'RPM' calling about a collection acct. This acct was found to be incorrect and taken off of my credit report 1 yr ago. Sounds like a BS company buying VERY outdated info. I asked to send the letter I received stating all of this to '[email protected]'. I didn't do it as I just don't trust them. Also, the caller didn't have any customer service s****s, a lot of 'yups' and 'uh-huhs'

I've been gettin this call daily as well...they say I owe Verizon Wireless money but I already settled this as a bogus charge! When I ask for do***entation they keep threatening to report to my credit and ask for my credit card number. Is there anything that can be done to sue these guys???
