Won't stop calling. Said I won some kind of time share! This is why you should never register to win anythin

Called me, would only talk if my wife was on phone even though i entered, scam

They have attempted to call our home number about 30x now, day after day after day, including calling well after 9pm. We mostly ignored them, but even when we attempted to answer (to demand they remove us from their list), ***ody is ever there.  Of course if you dial the number you just get a busy signal. Anyone know how to file a formal complaint for telephone harassment?

what we all need to do is call the place where you entered the drawing. the promoters and trade show will not be happy if enough of us call them. they **** and are scam artist for sure

Calls from this people everynight for about a week now. ZFirst asked for wife by name. Call back later since she wasnt home. Can hardly wait. They did. Three more times that day!

For all of you who are still being harassed, there is a quick solution to your problems funded by our government. I received some wise advice I received from my 'rents-www.donotcall.govRegister your number to avoid telemarketers.THEN, if you have asked the VAC VIL RESORT take you off their calling list and they HAVE NOT, file a complaint on the above website. You initially gave VAC VIL RESORT permission to call you by filling out a form, so make sure that they called you after you asked to be taken off the calling list. That's when legal action can be taken. They can be fined up to $11,000.I was also told that in NYS, attourney general andrew cuomo handles this stuff nicely... but I don't know if he would bother with this case unless he got enough complaints... If you're not too busy call him and let him know that these people are harassing you...I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE PHONE CALL FROM THESE *****S, S****ING TONIGHT (TUES)... EXPECT THE NEXT ON THURSDAY. WILL KEEP POSTING TO LET THE RESULTS BE KNOWN AND TO TAKE THESE PEOPLE DOWN!

This number just s****ed calling me this afternoon.  It comes up as Vic Val Resorts.  I have not answered the phone, because I don't know who they are.  They just called a***n after just calling ten minutes earlier.  After reading all of these responses, I know not to answer it.

My earlier comment I made,above. When I said deposit, I meant a deposit to come down and see their place. Real Timeshare's  want you to come down and see their timeshare the more people they get, the better their chance's are and a deposit cuts down on the number of people who will come. Of course if you buy a time share, if you haven't got a good deal you may have to give a depoist. This is after you have already gone thru 90min talk and want to buy a timeshare. I have never had to put down a depoist. SO DON'T GIVE OUT INFO PLEASE.

People BEWARE. Ya, I make money with time shares. If you talk right you can make great deals and then just rent out your week. Its hard and you can't ever say yes at least for 6 months, This place is disturbing. not like other time shares who usually call in A.M. I think it my be a scam, I do not think it is a real time share. So don't give them your info. Never heard of timeshare that wanted a deposit. SO DONT GIVE CARD INFO! I called FTC last year thinking this might stop people from getting ripped off. What was I thinking FTC is part of Govt. and since we keep voting the same people in Office FTC doesn't work either. Advice block the number and vote different people in Office.

Unbelieveable!  Glad to know now not to answer the phone :)  This number calls every couple of hours, never leaves a message, and calls up to 9:45pm.  I thought there was a restriction that no one could make calls after 9pm????Anyway - thank goodness for caller-ID!!  I will definitely keep ignoring these calls :)

I keep getting calls from this number all day and night.  They say they're from diversityjobs.com.  Apparently on one of the job websites they are picking up your number on your resume.  Also, I did fill out one of those cards at a fair, so maybe it's a timeshare scam disguiesed as a job fair, which is also a scam.  I will find a way to get these guys off of my cell.

Timeshare scam filled with doubletalk, promising a $125 Visa Gift Card and 4 day/3 night stay in Williamsburg, VA, plus voucher for Orlando, FL. on the condition that you endure their 90-minute presentation. Naturally, they're also looking for a $75 "refundable deposit."My wife naively filled out an entry form with my name on it, thinking it was simply for the $125 gift card.Caller ***g up abruptly when it became obvious that we weren't interested.

This number called me. Caller ID read VAC VIL RE and said Mrs.X you won a 3day/3night stay at a hotel in the Berkshires. They asked that my husband be on the phone. They knew my husband's first name, but not mine, and they said I filled out an entry and would not tell me where or when I did that. They asked if we had paid for a hotel stay in the past 2 years and when we said no, they said we did not qualify and ***g up.

while working a 13 hour shift my cell phone was called 11 times by this number there were no messages left, but when I tried calling the number thinking it may have been some form of family emergency I received a busy signal. Luckily I chcecked this site regarding the number and found out what it was about. Thanks to everyone that posted comments!!!!!!!

I "never" fill out those cards.  Well, not until a recent motorcycle show.  Just s****ed getting the calls today, about 4 so far.  Never answered since I didn't recognize, and they never left a message.  No more cards for me.

It is a time share scam.  Manager's name is Crystal.

this number called me at 6:05 pm today stating that I won a 3-day stay at *****nutten resort in VA.  Very odd because I don't remember signing up for this drawing.. Also they said that it was thru papa johns.  Who knows?  They also wanted to do a 3 way call with me, my companion, and their travel agent...anyway this was totally sketch.  I was pretty busy and didn't have time so i told them to just call me back.  Now I hope they DONT because it's obviously a scam of some sort.

They call and call, I am on the do not call list. It is getting very annoying.

This number called us too! They claimed we filled out an entry form at "Fast Loop Plus". No clue if she was refering to a gas stations or newspaper but nothing exists with that name. As with previous callers she wanted us to each by on a different phone and could not believe we did not have a home phone for her to call us on. Supposedly, we won a 3 day, 2 night resort condo at Williamsburg Plantation and $125 gas card. She knew my our address, age ***cket, and husband's job type. Her name was Kenza and she wants to call us back at 6:30 p.m. and said please promise me that you will pick up.

yes that's a timeshare.  stay away........

This number called my husband and I, wanted us both to be on the phone.  They would not talk if we both were not on the phone.  So we got on and he s****ed to ask if we had a Visa logoed card!  Who doesn't it is 2008!  After he asked that I told him we did not have one!  After that he said that we were not qualified!  But I thought we won a trip!  Big Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His name was Richard.

I just sent the following complaint to the FTC about this number:This company keeps calling my house from 757-947-0249 and (305) 000-0104 it comes up as Williamsburg PL on the caller id.  They will call repeatidly until someone answers was almost 20 times the other night when I was taking care of my kids before I answered it.  They try to say you won so****ing by signing up somewhere but are trying to sell you a timeshare, if I did fill so****ing out it certainly was for nothing like this.  The woman was very rude when I tolder her my husband was not home and ***g up and I have been receiving calls since then and when I answer they **** up.  I have searched this number on the web and found a lot of complaints of other people having the exact same problem.  I do not think my phone plan allows me to block these calls without paying additioal fees and I already have it set to block anonymous calls and would just like them to please stop calling, they often call around 9 or 10 at night when my kids who are very young are asleep and it is very upsetting.

GOT A CALL AT 5:54PM AND WHILE LAYING IN BED WAT****G MY FAVORITE SHOW AT 9:52PM DON'T KNOW WHO HATES ME BUT THAT'S WHY I LIMIT WHOM I GIVE MY NUMBER TO!

Received several calls all of them from "Kieri" after 8 PM with messages left on my ma****e each time. I am thankfull that i came to this site to see that this is a bunch of BS.  I will keep you****sed as I am on a do not call list.

Just got off the phone with this company.  Said that we won a vacation to Williamsburg, VA and $150.00 towards gas from an entry at the Delmarva Home Show in Salibury, MD.  Both my husband and I needed to be on the phone as a three way call.  Wanted us to provide them with credit card information for a $75.00 deposit that would be refunded upon arrival.  Once explained to the individual from this company going by the name of Angela Brown that I was not going to provide any credit card information over the phone, she ***g up on me.  THIS IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!  They just want your credit card info.

I entered a contest for a car at the NJ state fair, and i recieved a call about an hour ago but didnt answer because on the caller ID it said "VAC VIL RESORT" so i figured it was all hoo ha. She left a message claiming "tonight at 8:20 she will call for the last time so i can claim my $125 prize and vacation that ive won" Dont know what to think of that, from reading up on these articles,  and whether i should answer them or just block the number.

just got a call from them & answered thsi time- he has been calling lately & left 1 message - decided to answer to hear his BS  i  had been selected from a entry i submitted at a local ****ese rest. for a free willamsburg pantation vaction in VA & I did fill out an entry form- he wouldnt give me any details about it unless I & a friend  were both on line & tried with out success to get us to 3 way call & join him & us. they want a $75 deposit too- I think it is a time share thing for sure - Be Ware !-John in NC

She's refused the offer and told Blake every time "do not call here a***n".. but he calls and calls and calls. This evening, he cussed at me and I called number back several times, receptionist refused to connect me with a live person, twice transfered to a line that rings and rings and rings..DO NOT ANSWER

Message indicated an entry at local fair. That I won free vacation and $150 gas card. It's a timeshare and waste of time if single.

Yep i just got a call from them and they said my wife and i (not even married) had been selected from a entry i submitted at a fishing show (she wasnt even there) And they wouldnt give me any details about it unless we were both on line.  Then she said she would call back at 9:15 and ***g up.Its def. gotta be a timeshare thing.  If you call the number its always busy

They said they received an entry at the NJ State Fair that I was at, I was there, but only entered the car giveaway. They did not give a call back number....sounds like timeshare
