The caller claimed that they worked for Xfinity Sofpt and that the payment made will reflect on my account as Sofpt. There is/was a charge that was made to my bank account and posted to my xfinity account however a week later the charge was reversed and upon launching an investigation with Xfinity it was found that this scammer took the payment from my account and never paid xfinity.
