Beware ! ! ! They Are Not Who They Claim To Be - This Is A Subversive Attempt To Verify Who You Are. The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call. Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

Called the number, it's a survey company. Their recording states that they are not a telemarketer and are operating within the guidelines of the national do not call registry since they are a telemarketer. The recording provides a number you can contact and provide your phone number to avoid further calls. I chose not to make any further contact. They are consistent though, they have called three nights in a row.
