this agency is a collection agency for a member of my family and calls me no less than 5 times a day to ask me to help with their debt because they are not paying!!! can you believe that!! And when i told the guy that my family member was in the hospital, he said "thats not our problem, he should have thought of that before he used the card"...i havent answered their call in over 6 months, but without a doubt they call mon-fri at least 5 times a day..******.,.spend your time doing so****ing actually productive, stop beating a dead horse.

They will not stop calling for my daughter who does not live with me! My wife has told them several times to stop calling and they will not. One lady even made my wife repeat the phone number back knowing that my wife did not write it down then proceeded to repermand her!!!!
