THIS MAN KEEPS CALLING AND REFUSES TO LEAVE ANY TYPE OF MESSAGE. Very polite lady said it was an important tax matter. She called several times. Would not give me any other information. I cannot perform my job if I cannot screen my employers calls. When I asked her the name of the company, she said "Larson". I asked her if there was any extension to Larson (like company; incorporated; collections), she said no just Larson. I asked her if she was sure, and she insisted she was. When will callers realize that screening calls is part of our job?

I could not believe how aggressive and rude this little B@$t@r/) was.I am the owner and when i answered the phone, They thought the owner never answers and would not tell me what they wanted and insisted i get the owner. I kept telling them I was the owner and if they didn't let me know what they wanted I would never speak or answer their calls.The guy said who cares your just a peon in there anyways. I wanted to speak to someone higher up.
