texted me about where I work and what I do but my cell phone number is private and not given to my clients

Texted private cell phone not listed on my occupation website. Said he was looking for a financial advisor.

Got a text asking if I was a financial advisor, which is my profession, but my cell number is not available at my office.

Called at 1am, texted next morning asking if I was a the****** and wants help. Don't know how he received my private cell, not listed with my career.

Didn't say who was calling. I hadn't ordered anything, sounded fake, so I ***g up.

It cut-in mid sentence saying "contact us or we may take legal action a***nst you".

The beginning was a robotic voice stating the numbers 5431 and then saying the Same message as described as the others above , "if I don't respond legal action will be taken".

My card on file was being charged $99 & I needed to call the number listed

“Kindly call us back so that we can discuss your case and take necessary action on this matter if we don't hear from you and then we will be forced to take legal action a***nst you kindly we would like to confirm some information with you before I take any legal action thank you…”
