This company calls EVERYDAY! MULTIPLE times a day. It's Sunday at 9:04am and they have already called 3 times. S****ing at 8:08am. It's ridiculous. How do I get them to STOP???? When I picked up the last time( I usually ignore it) there was no one on the line. It's really aggravating.

This is a medical debt collection company. Do not know much about them but they keep calling me regarding a bill that has been paid for over a year and I have the cancelled check to prove it and they still keep calling me.

It turns out it is about a medical bill (not large, at all) which I have overlooked during my ongoing search for a new job. When I called back, a young lady continued to dance around me paying THEM, but I told them I prefer to pay the company who I actually OWE. She got snippy, and I insisted on asking for direct contact info for my creditor... She got more short, and finally said, "Well, if you would PAY YOUR BILLS, you wouldn't HAVE to be bothered by Bill Collectors! HAVE A GOOD DAY" ((click!)) I called back and spoke to another young lady(maybe the same one, but prob not). This time, I asked to speak with a manager. She paused for a few seconds, and said*****o, a***n (as if she had passed on the call, or maybe I forgot what I wanted in that timespan of 10 seconds). I asked for a manager, and she said SHE was a manager, then I said I needed to talk to the BOSS of the WHOLE office. Begrudgingly, she gave me the General Manager's name and ***le (William Young), and his direct number... 678/922-2947. I called and told him a little about his company, and told him I would never pay any bill thru his company with such bad service, and explained that it is companies like his that give collections agencies a bad name.
