I got a call to my cell phone from someone at that number at 3:22 AM. I had my cell phone next to my bed and picked up. The person asked me who I was and I replied, "Who is this" The caller identified himself as "Nick with the Highway Patrol". The person then said "Sorry" and then the phone was ***g up or disconnected. One can only imagine what it feels like to get an early morning call from someone saying they are from the Highway Patrol. You only get those kinds of call if someone is dead or hurt. I didn't know if the person was sorry for calling a wrong number or if they were saying I'm sorry to inform you...That sure disturbed my sleep.
