Repeatedly receiving Robo-calls from 561-910-2593. Five (5) last week alone. One today (11/19/12) at 1051 hours from "Credit Services." Name is shown intermittently on Caller ID box. Number is always shown. The caller is using a robo-calling program that is NOT negated by a Te***apper. Female voice comes on an says, "To reduce your credit cards rates Press #1 for a representative. If you wish to not be called a***n then Press #9." When you press #9 it goes to live representative who s****s in trying to get your credit card information. When you inform them that you do not want any calls they get rude and laugh at you and ****up. This most definitely a credit card scam attempt. I have filed multiple complaints on national DNC list for each call. Back traces using Whitepages.com shows that the number is a VoIP from Boca Raton, Fl. Most likely being "s****ed." A search on whycallme.com shows that the exc****e is managed by Broadwing/Level 3 Communications. 800notes.com had a number of 1-800-276-2394 for Broadwing to call and complain. Called that number and got "Wayne" at Level 3 Communications. "Wayne" verified that 561-910-2593 is one of their numbers and is being used by Ad-Base Systems, Inc, 325 Mount Lebanon Blvd, Pittsburg, PA 15234-1504. "Wayne" suggested contacting the Florida Attorney General's Office since number traces back to Florida. Contacted FL AG's office and was referred to Division of Consumer Affairs. A check of DCA's License/Complaint system shows Ad-Base is in their data base for four (4) "Do Not Call" violations in 2011. Complaints had been closed. Well, it is time to reopen the case. Here is the link to the FL Division of Consumer Affairs Division complaint form: (https://csapp.800helpfla.com/CSPublicApp/Complaints/FileComplaint.aspx) I would suggest that others who are receiving the same calls contact Florida's AG about the situation and file complaints. Also, based on the advice from "Wayne" at Broadwing/Level 3 Communications, I will be filing a complaint with the PA AG's office. Here is the link to that office: http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/complaints.aspx?id=451# Finally I advise all to contact your individual state's AG office to file a Consumer Complaint since it deals with an interstate violation of the national "Do Not Call" list.
