If you posted about being scammed 10 thousand dollars I wanted to share this: I called the number and he has a Jamaican accent. My guess is they scammed you by promising you a prize. Possibly being the winner of some sweepstakes, PCH or so****ing like that. PLEASE call the authorities to give them all the info about this guy, you could prevent another victim.
