I was contacted by someone supposedly from whole foods saying they were HR manager Kevin Reed saying they had a secret shopper job for me, which I did answer an add for and I have done this type of thing in the past. So at first I thought it was legit. Then he asked for my email which I gave it to him and he sent me information on what I'm supposed to do supposed to go to any local store that carries the eBay gift card and to proceed and buying several different amounts of eBay cards that totaled over $2,000 and for me to do a small questionnaire about how I was treated and if I was greeted right and if the employee smiled or said thank you for purchasing this and so on then he told me that he was going to send me a check for the amount of $2,400 and that $400 was my pay and I was to buy all these eBay cards and the total of $2,000 immediately a red flag went up. I got online and did a search for that type of thing and apparently this has happened before to other people that they have reported to being a scam. Whole foods was contacted and they said they had nothing to do with any of that so to make a long story short they were going to cut me a check for $2,400.24.50 with the amount and like I said I was to keep 400 for myself by $50 worth of so****ing for myself and the rest $2,000 worth eBay cards and then I was to take pictures of front and back and send an email with the attached pictures and the questionnaire that they wanted me to answer about the employee so obviously a big scam and this number is showing up as nothing and no one!
