Following are two prime examples of calls from this number: 1) A man with a heavy accent, alleging that his name was Kevin, said he was phoning on behalf of Karen and would I please connect him to one of our managers. He didn't know the purpose of the call, and I said I couldn't transfer him without that information. He said he'd find out and return with it, but we receive many of these inquiries, and these "secretaries" are never heard from a***n. 2) Another man with an accent, “Mike Smith,” wanted to connect his boss, Scott from Safenet, with one of our IT managers. The rest is the same as above, except the prior caller was polite. This one took a commanding approach, not even saying*****o, just "Direct me to your IT manager, Mr. So-and-So." I had to question him for the remaining data. To paraphrase Mike Myers' SNL character, Dieter, These people are becoming tiresome.
