I got a call from Drive Financial about a past due payment and the lady was rude when I was talking to her. It was over my ex girl friends truck payment, they wanted me to make her payment and when I told the lady I couldn't right now she got forceful in trying to get me to. I told them if I made the payment for my ex-girlfriend I would have the truck reposed my self and plus I did not know where she lived which I don't. They did not like that. They are still bugging me over it.

Caller ID just says "Dallas TX". I get calls from this number numeour times and am sick of it. What can legally be done to get rid of these people? I've put my name and number on the do not call registry. The FTC needs to demand when these people call they leave their name, number, place of business and the reason they are calling - maybe this way us (the consumer) can s**** fighting back and get rid of scams and other unwanted callers.

Calling me looking for a relative who used me for a reference. I have fielded their calls for about 3-4 months...at least once a week. I gave them a tel# that was the last #(disconnected) I had for this person and Drive keeps calling me every week. They tell me that each time it goes to a different Dept. that Dept. will call until they get the vehicle back.
