This is a new number from the phishing phone creeps!  They will call a***n soon, with a different number, location, and sales pitch.  It is probably part of the "Heather" group.  For more info on this, google "Stop Heather".  This group has been in action for several years and ***ody has been able to track them down, stop and prosecute them.Contacting authorities, filing complaints and using a **** horn in the ear piece is useless a***nst these yahoo's.  I've tried everything... 386-409-3699 called with a recording offering to lower my unnamed credit card interest rate 6.99% if I owed more than $2500 to credit cards.  Hit 1 to talk to a person.  I did hit 1 because I wanted to find out what card was annoying me on my business phone.  It rang and rang.  It sounded like the ring was a forwarded ring.  I called back and the line is disconnected.

this number called and with unknow name I do not answer, they left no message and when I called the number is was already disconnected.  I wish they would stop calling. I have more important things to do than talk to an "unknown" person or someone with Politics.

This is a Phishing call, they want to get your social security number and credit card account numbers so they can rip you off, the phone number doesn't really exist.
