so many phone calls during the day, regarding a student loan on my child, they say they can help me with the loan, which I have never asked for help., they want to trick it with a question. "how much did you say your loan is" my answer was/ I never told you how much the loan is? nor I have asked for any help.? they get upset and **** up the call, the next day, calls a***n.. ugghh
