Integrity Solution Services, Inc is a collection agency formerly known as National****et Recovery Services, Inc (NARS). It announced a name c****e in January 2013. Integrity Solution Services, Inc, or Integrity, was founded in 1993 and has call centers throughout the United States, the Midwest, the Caribbean and Latin America. While Integrity’s website states that their core values include integrity to do what is right and accountability, their activities take on a different light when examined under FDCPA. FDCPA has been around for close to 35 years and this federal law covers everyone. The law is essentially a list of what debt collectors may and may not do while collecting a debt, and things they must do. According to the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER), Integrity Solution Services, Inc has been sued 19 times in 2013. A search for its former business name, National****et Recovery Services, Inc, turns up a total of 105 lawsuits since 1999.
