OH please, I have sent them numerous cks to pay in full a number of times, and the "conveniently" lost my ck so I have to repay them the amt a***n.(I used money orders) I have been bent over for this company for many years and this time when its all done, IM OUT>>this company is a disgrace...PS they have me running around to find out if the ck has been cashed and if not have it reprinted..mind you Im 8 months preg.. Its odd when they say "its a ma****e that gets the cks not a human, and if there is more than 2 cks in there the last one gets distroyed????"*****oooooooo who does that????

Sometimes people have unfortunate life experiences that preventthem in their best effort to make payments.  Such as an unexpected ***** of two children.  So keep your *** opinion to yourself.  And there is no reason to harrass people with call after call. It is a***nst the law!

Maybe if some people paid their bills on time and knew how to live within their means you would not have collection agencies calling you what a novel idea.

I too received calls over the past 2 days from this number with no VM I have a voluntarily closed & "current" account with RBS. Perhaps they're calling me to beg for me to come back...*** CHANCE! It was closed for a reason so **** it RBS!

I received three phone calls from this number on my cell phone. I did not answer because the number was unfamiliar. Neither of the times did the person leave me a voicemail. I am unsure why they are calling me. Next time they call I am planning to answer to I can find out what they want and hopefully they will stop calling me.

I got a call from these a**holes at 6:15 AM on a SA****AY morning ! The only reason I didn't answer was by the time I lept out of bed, got to my kitchen and found my cell, I had already missed the call. This is a collection agency ??!
