Sent alert to phone indicating a charge to Amazon was on holding pending their approval. Alert locked phone. When my parents called the number, the girl said she didn't know anything about it and would have to call them back. The person that called back was a male and he was calling from 202-417-7901. The call with the male felt odd so they hung up and contacted their credit card company. There was no pending charge with the cc company for Amazon.
