Got a call from this number and and electronic voice says "hold please we are trying to connect." Then, a lady gets on and asks me for some personal information, to verify my address. I said that I'm not verifying anything, and what are you calling about? She said she could not give anything until I provide some information. I said don't ever..., and she ***g up in my face! I called back and somebody answered the phone and I told them that I would report them to the FCC and then I ***g up in her face! That one probably didn't deserve it though, she appeared to be a little more reasonable. I'll report them to the FCC though and do more research. They ****!

This number shows up on the land line at least 3 times a day. We don't answer it because 1.We have no idea who they are and 2.when we did call back we got a busy signal or someone picks up and never answers you back. I did some research on this company called IC Systems (name caller id gave with number) and found out that they was a collection agency. They continually harass, talk down to ppl,intrude and threaten ppl in hopes of getting money out of accounts they claim are real. I've even read some stories on websites where this company har***** widows and mentally incompetent ppl in hopes of collecting. Sadly I have also seen many saying that they have repeatedly asked for IC Systems not to call them a***n but they continued to do so. I did a reverse look up on this number and got a Washington DC hit but the funny thing is IC Systems addy listing is in St.Paul,Minnesota....sounds pretty **** funny to me... Sadly this is another corrupt bunch of con-men who think its ok to treat others like dirt and make a quick buck.

I just got my first call from this number. I have no idea who they were until I googled. No clue how they even got this number, because its a new number. Only 2 family members have it and its unlisted and all that... I didnt answer it because I didnt know who it was, and they didnt leave a message. Same as all the other messages. I have tracfone and pay by the minute, so I don't take calls if I don't know the number. I just called this number back from work, and the "lady" on the other end was very rude. She said she was from IC Systems, and they "maintain and administer relationships and customer service" for many other companies. She was very persistent in wanting to know if the number I was calling from (my work number) was the same number that messages was being left on. I told her no. She kept insisting I provide her with the number that the calls are coming in to, because "perhaps it might be a wrong number, so if you give it to me, we can check and see." Yea right! I told her forget it -- I'll just keep letting it ring. She ***g up on me.

This is a collection company. They were calling me about 6 times a day and I DO NOT answer numbers I don't know. One day I got fed up and called them back and they were a collection agency and they had the wrong number. I asked them to stop calling because I was not the person they needed and it took about a month for them to quit calling. I am not positive of the name of their agency.

My husband received a call from this number. The caller asked for me by name but refused to say who the caller was. The caller ID stated that it was IC Systems. I looked up this company and it is a debt collector with MANY complaints. Every thing from 4-5 or more calls a day to insisting that the person in debt give payment ****od (like your bank account.)
