The caller says it is regarding an "important legal matter" and has even said that it was in reference to a family emergency. None of this is true. They have continued to call my family and friends, though I have no idea how they have aquired any of these phone numbers! The caller is pushy and tries to get additional information that no one in their right mind would give out to a stranger over the phone.
