They're a collection company called ARS (Account Resolution Services). Their website is arspayment.com. I called them back at the 800# on their website and they promised to take me off their list. I have a pre-paid cell phone, so some deadbeat used to have my number apparently.

Caller asked for a Mr. Ramirez stating that person called them a week ago from my number. I advised that it was a company owned number that had been for many years. The caller was rude stating that they do not make any mistakes in tracking callerid, etc. and that unless Mr. Ramirez was a super genious that it could not have been a mistake. We'll see if they keep calling a***n.
