They have made three $399.00 charges on my account. I called this number and finally got a hold of a foreigner and he said he would call me back. Well, he has not.

This is a internet IP phone number that is s****ing the phone number you see on your caller ID. The Number you see displayed is NOT the number they are calling from, they send false info thru the system that make you think that's who they are. They are the same Scammers in India that have for the last 10 years been fooling people into giving up Their computer access information such as IP address info and allowing them access to that persons computer. They then do several things they put a virus on your system that causes you to have to pay them to remove it, or, they take your files that hold your password info for your accounts and copy it to their computer and use that info to commit fraud. you can tell them to put you on the do not call list all you want, they are committing fraud , do you really think that they will abide by the do not call laws? I mean really....think about it. The best thing you can do is to play totally ****** and keep them on the phone as long as you can, DO NOT GIVE THEM any CORRECT IP address info , however If you want to have fun with them , and tie them up so they don't make money and cant defraud someone else, go ahead act like you don't know what they are telling you to do or how to do it, then eventually just tell them your IP address is 75.12.34.56. they wont be able to access your system, and it will really **** them off that they got no money out of the time they spent with you. LOL....the ultimate goal is to make as many of those calls as unpleasant for them as you can , if they cant make money doing it eventually they will stop .
