Received an "allocated waiver" in the amount of $199.00. Says it is regarding my property address and my "lender info" says Private Lender. And I don't have a lender on the property and we never have. Has my nickname, not my legal name. It just seems to have scam written all over it to me. This was the phone number on the letter to call.

Do not call back this number, they were looking for my mother, they come on phone saying they are with ADR Mediation. They said there was a complaint filed on her, I was the 2 person in line to call in an emergency. I said well what is this about. Oh well we can't discuss it with you, I said well I have POA oh well we would have to see that. I said no problem there. Fax number? He continues with, do you know where she is, yes I do she is on the top of my Oregon, she has been dead for 5 yrs now! So what's so incriminating that she did last yr, like the lady said on my vm, left me this message and gave me reason to call you. He ***g up, oh we will notify OC dept of records to obtain a ***** certificate. I can send you one if you like I have it. He ***g up! That's what I thought..

Man called my number & my wife’s number. Said that do***ents would be delivered to my address in the next couple of hours for me to sign. He had my birth date and asked for me to confirm my phone number and social security number. I said no, he needs to tell me his name and what company or government agency he is with. Said he was Jeff, and that if I did not comply that they would serve me with papers if I did not attempt to resolve the issue. Then he said, we are done here and ***g up the phone. (He spoke with a very authoritative / officer like voice.). Also the time of the calls were just before 8:00 a.m..

Said I took out a loan 10 years ago around 2014-2017 that had defaulted. Said they would take me to court if I didn’t pay $4100.00. The issue with that is I only had 1 loan…a car loan for way more than that. I paid that loan July 2020. They threaten me that I would be receiving do***ents, haven’t seen them yet. I clearly don’t know what they’re talking about.

A message was left on my phone. The message stated that I had some very important do***ents that needed signing. Then some other blabbering in an attemp to scare and intimidate me. Anyway, I'm going to look further into this so unless I find so****ing substantial it is a Spammer!! Incidentally, the date of the call and recorded message was OCT 24th, and today
