Charter trying to sell me stuff. I have basic cable internet for a locked in 5 year price and I desire nothing more. When I tell the guy not interested he *****s back "I can't save you some money today?" I oblige him because I am curious what possible deal he could make with me and he wants to lower my internet 5 bucks if I will add 60 dollars worth of phone and TV service. Such a great deal. I inform him he is not saving me money with that, like i said initially. Just ridiculous tactics.

Seriously annoyed of Charter calling. They call with various different numbers, but lately, I have been getting calls from them with this number. I don't need other services, and if I do, I will call them and let them know. My voicemail literally says "If you're calling from Charter, and would like me to call back, leave a message. If you don't, quit calling." What do they do? They keep calling and have never left a message. I'm ready to quit service with them!
