Automated alert of overdue bill. which i did owe. they called 3x today, I D. said ..[V]Toll Free Call which isnt helpful. "V" means voice-auto call which many places use like doctor appt. reminders. So, it isnt always some jerk robocalling you. I picked up and was told our cable bill is overdue and did we want to pay using card on file. which we have but i hung up and called back to do it

Just be careful... I received a call from “Comcast” they claimed they saw suspicious activity on my network. And a possible hack. It was a scam, and they were phishing around for info. The scary part of it. is that somehow the have rigged it so that the correct name... COMCAST comes up on my caller ID with the correct phone number. I called Comcast to verify . and they said it’s a scam, that they did not call me. the con- person also addressed me with my name.
