Been receiving spam calls from this number about "negative Paypal balance". Somehow they knew my name but it was a lady with a strong, thick accent so I knew to be su****ious. Called the actual Paypal customer service phone number and the rep indicated that Paypal never calls customers about account balances and that this number is most likely a scam.

Legit. Calling to collect on a negative balance after they c****ed how their own Debit cards worked without telling anyone. They disconnected my bank but didn’t say anything for 2 weeks. Then disconnected my new bank. Then took more than a month AND STILL WAITING for my replacement card.
