I think it has so****ing to do with 1 and 1 Domains. They have an auto dialer that calls people and then if it hears a voice, will auto route the call to a Sales Rep who may or may not be at their post with their headphones on and then it will **** up. It is a shame that even when jobs are outsources to India and the Philipines you still can't find good help.
