I got news for ya. There A LOT of scams out there like this. They call to tell you that there is a defaulted payday loan in your name, and this is the last stage before you are arrested. First in NO state can you be arrested for defaulting on a loan else every foreclosure victim would be in prison. Second they won't give you the account info, if it is yours then they are required to by law. Third if you every got arrested for any similar offense all you would have to do is show your bank records, if it isn't there you can't be held accountable

This call came in from (214) 484-0015 on July 31st and said I had to respond by Aug. 1st they would be making final determinations on my claim. This is interesting since I have never received a call from either number before and my brother received a call from the (214) 484-0015 at the same time as I was receiving my call. So this is truly spam!
