dealt with these people before. dont give them anything, including information, and NEVER admit to owing anything over the phone. james andrews (or at least thats what he was calling himself) called me a***n and a***n, each time threatening "turn the matter over to his legal dept" ... finally i got ****ed and told him to sue me. bring me to court, please. and ya know what? i havent heard back from them since. because they know that cant really do anything to you, especially after violating the law (which in my experience they always do with their phone calls in one way or another.) ... also, these idiots on here saying that got served are lying. they work for srs and know that these boards exist, so they try to make themselves look good. DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME. IGNORE THEIR CALLS. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. SRS CAN AND WILL DO NOTHING. they survive on people that just give them what they want with no questioning. save yourself time and money by ignoring these a**es.

This is Junk Debt Collector by the name of SRS &****ociates. When they call you they usually s**** off asking for you to confirm your address so they can send you a summons. This is the first violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as they are not allowed to use scare tactics and treats of lawsuits. Ask them to send you a copy of the debt to the address they already have on file. The will usually say, "you'll get a copy at the court". This is another violation of the FDCPA. They are required to send you this information within 5 days of the first contact they've made with you. Also, tell them that the only communication you will accept if mail, no more phone calls. If you tell them that and they still call, they are further violating the law.... While you're waiting for them to continue violating the law and while they should be sending you mail, s**** sear****g "SRS &****ociates" and do your homework. These are S***!
