Very hard to understand thick accent. Congratulated me for good CC payment history and wanted to reward me with lower APR.…but…then asked for my outstanding balance on ALL cards, not just Chase. Said I’d need to get a statment (if this was Chase, they’d already have my details) provide balance, payment amounts, current APR, etc. Too many red flags. Said not comfortable sharing those details over phone and asked her to send information via email…and hung up.

Apparently this is a legitimate Chase Customer Service number, but ‘net search shows its been used by Scammers spoofing Caller ID. cant trust anything any more

My phone rang, but when I answered no one would speak to me. No background noise heard. No attempt to communicate with me, so I ***g up. Unknown whether or not this is a telemarketer. At least w***ver called did not try to sell me an extended warranty on my car!
