These guys with an Indian dialect , very difficult to understand- sold me a 2 year computer tech support service and charged me $359.00 for two years. I have used them once when i paid them and now a second time to me 1.5 years later and have crashed my computer, lost all the imaged software and now they are telling me to take it to GEEK squad to have them fix it after they crashed it and I still have 6 months remaining on my warranty which they refuse to refund. They are a scam, they sold me customer support and after they ruined it they will not send a technician to fix it. In addition when they are working on it in the past, I had to sit there for hours with them so that I can give them access to my computer and in some cases tell them what the computer says. The straw that broke the camels back is hey wanted me to use my laptop so that they could see the screen and the thought of me giving them access to my laptop is not part of their service and to think they could possibly ruin my ***nd new laptop so I can make their job easier. ITS A SCAM AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WITHIN 48 HOURS UNLESS THEIR MANAGER REFUNDS THE REMAINDER OF WARRANTY. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, IT IS A SCAM, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A COMPUTER WARRANTY.

I keep getting similar calls as above offering DISH TV deals i looked up their rates and had to give a name and phone number to see the rates then didn't buy, i've been getting calls for a week from this and other numbers asking why i didn't buy their service and then getting mad at me know giving a good enough reason, when i explain that i no longer want their service and want them to stop calling they abruptly **** up and call a few days later.

I received a call from this number and they represented to me that they were calling from Direct TV and wanted a credit card number to place a $25 hold on prior to installing service which I refused to do. However, I later called Direct TV to verify if this number was actually from their company and they informed me that no, it was not. When I told them the name of the package I had been offered was Classic 100 they said that is a package through Dish Network, not Direct TV, but I am sure that during the initial call I was told that it was Direct TV who was calling. As soon as I ***g up the phone from speaking with customer service at Direct TV I received a second call from the same man I spoke with originally who was disgruntled that I would not give him my credit card number and he was insisting that I explain to him WHY I would not do so. I instructed him to remove my number from my system and not to call me a***n. WARNING: Do not mistake calls from this number as calls from DIRECT TV...this is a DISH NETWORK phone number!!!!!
