These guys with an Indian dialect , very difficult to understand- sold me a 2 year computer tech support service and charged me $359.00 for two years. I have used them once when i paid them and now a second time to me 1.5 years later and have crashed my computer, lost all the imaged software and now they are telling me to take it to GEEK squad to have them fix it after they crashed it and I still have 6 months remaining on my warranty which they refuse to refund. They are a scam, they sold me customer support and after they ruined it they will not send a technician to fix it. In addition when they are working on it in the past, I had to sit there for hours with them so that I can give them access to my computer and in some cases tell them what the computer says. The straw that broke the camels back is hey wanted me to use my laptop so that they could see the screen and the thought of me giving them access to my laptop is not part of their service and to think they could possibly ruin my ***nd new laptop so I can make their job easier. ITS A SCAM AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WITHIN 48 HOURS UNLESS THEIR MANAGER REFUNDS THE REMAINDER OF WARRANTY. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, IT IS A SCAM, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A COMPUTER WARRANTY.

My teenager received three phone messages from this number (888) 830-8620 on her cell phone from a Lynn Parker at Thomas and Brown****ociates saying that she was calling on an urgent matter regarding a do***ent they had in their office****ociated to her social security number and name! Caller ID from recent calls listed the number as (111) 111-1111 unknown. When I called back the phone just rang and rang and then clicked and went back to a dial tone. Then I called a***n and got Lynn Parker and she sadn they were a collections agency and were looking for someone who was not me, but she said the processor for the claim had my daughter's cell number listed as a possible reference to this person. n She said she would take her number off their call list and not too worry because the social security number they were calling about wasn't mine or hers, but was attached to the person they were trying to find. She said she couldn't give me the social security number they were calling about, only the last 3rd and 4th numbers of it if I gave her the last 2. I said I would rather not.

People from this number (888-818-4465) called several times in the last couple of days only left a message the last time and the message said they were from Thomas Brown and****ociates and I was to call back 888-830-8620 and that he was calling on a time sensitive matter and if I didn't call back all my rights would be forfeited and they would pursue me to the full extent of the law. He quoted a "case" number s****ing with PDL same as one of the posts above. I did call them back and found out they in fact are collection agents for several PayDay Loan companies but somehow got my number by mistake. They said they would remove my number and would not call a***n. I will wait and see if that is the case.

They wouldn't.I told them to send me an email with so****ing showing proof . they didn't do that either
